Good at Sales?!?!

Sales Needed for start up roofing company!
Responsible for own leads/Manage leads provided by me
10% Sales commission, Average job sells for $1500.00-$3000.00
Professional appearance a must
SS # required upon hire for 1099
What I am looking for is something of a partner. I need someone with the sales capacity to find and sell our services to the People that need them. I am offering 10% of the installation price sold. We need someone who can also, meet with customers on the potential job site and be able to generally assess their needs.
We prefer someone with roofing/construction background, but we are willing to teach all details and terminology if you are not familiar.
All correspondence is done through email and phone.

Payment will occur when the 30% installation is collected (same day) 10% will come directly off the top for the sales rep. If you perfer your sales be lumped together weekly or bi-weekly that can be arranged!
